We are sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with your Kindness Powered Skincare product, and we want to ensure your return process is as smooth as possible.

We stand behind the efficacy and performance of all our products. Your results are our top priority. If you decide our products are not the right fit for you, we'll refund your purchase within 60 days.

If Returns Coverage was purchased at the time of checkout, the return shipping label will be covered. Otherwise, the return shipping label will be deducted from the refund amount.

Inspection and Refund

Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria:

Returns must be initiated within 60 days from the date of purchase.
If the return meets our policy, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
